Much to do about real estate auctions

I recently experienced first hand what it's like to hold a real estate auction for a luxury oceanfront home in the Charleston area. Unfortunately the 3 bidders who stepped up to the plate just didn't meet the seller's undisclosed minimum reserve. The seller was willing to drop the price nearly  $2 million dollars but apparently these bidders wanted to not just get a great deal........ they were looking for an impossible deal. Is this greed?

Take a look at the property in question. It is simply deluxe and still the best deal imaginable for a high quality luxury oceanfront home. Make an offer. You may be surprised. http://beachfrontauction.com for a virtual tour!

Hi,

There are some really beautiful beaches in Charleston like Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, and Sullivan’s Island. Where is your luxury oceanfront home?

Yes, the Charleston area beaches are gorgeous. There are some unbelievable deals right now on Isle of Palms. The nicest new oceanfront homes on Isle of Palms are reduced by nearly 2 million dollars. Again, here is a link to 2504 Palm Boulevard. http://beachfrontauction.com
